And you cannot build them retroactively without cost, delay, and risk.</p <pWe build operational models before we build scale. Route46 Couriers launched in 2025 with a direct delivery model that was designed to be scalable from day one — not retrofitted for scale after the fact. The 60-minute collection target, the direct routing, the centralised management systems — these were built into the foundation, not added later.</p <pWe build technology infrastructure before we build products. Stack46 exists specifically to ensure that every venture in the FourSix46® ecosystem is built on the same technological foundation — not on whatever technology happened to be available when each venture needed it.</p <h2The Difference Between Patience and Passivity</h2 <pThere is an important distinction that is worth making clearly.</p <pBuilding slowly is not the same as moving without direction.
